3 out of 5 starsI purchased this item on Tuesday, Oct. 31. The listing states under the shipping section that orders are shipped weekly on Wednesdays. Item was not delivered to post office for shipment until Friday, November 10th. The seller did include an extra lid with the order, which was thoughtful and I appreciate, but the plastic was much thinner/cheaper than I expected. I have also had issues with another order, purchased directly through the seller's website. The bamboo tumbler lid I purchased became cracked and chipped, despite carefully following all care instructions. I reached out to the company's customer service, but never received any response.

Seller waited 8 business days to ship item. When I contacted seller I never received a response. Seller include 2 additional like-items for free. I do like the product will not buy from this seller again.
